We are seeking a Sales Account Exec to develop new business while maintaining existing client accounts. This is not your average sales position, however. We generate 4000-5000 hot new leads from referrals and marketing and schedule your appointments for you. Your job is to visit clients and provide them with quotes for our lawn, irrigation and fencing services. We DO NOT cold call, every appointment you go to called because they WANT our services.
Between the hot leads and the fact that we pride ourselves on a closing rate over 50%, you can realistically expect to earn anywhere from $75,000 to $150,000 per year, plus a benefits package that includes 401K and medical coverage. | Qualifications: | Job Requirements
You MUST have strong experience selling FENCE directly to homeowners, with strong closing skills. Preferance will be given to those with past construction or landscape industry background. Training on our specific products is fast and easy, we have developed an automated system for pricing, using your tablet, that will have you selling and earning immediately.
As a Sales Account Executive, you must be reliable and driven by a strong work ethic. It is also important that you display good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to initiate and sustain client relationships.
